Job Purpose:
To plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
The role is responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROAS, reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC), and supporting business growth through data-driven strategies, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Ads is essential.
Duties and responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping) and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting, audience segmentation, and campaign alignment.
- Manage end-to-end funnel strategies to drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and campaign structures to maximize ROI and minimize CAC.
- Execute retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve lead nurturing and conversion
Strategy & Growth Planning
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with B2B business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, optimize channel mix, and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and lead conversion goals
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Monitor key KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, CPM, and conversion rates
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Implement data-driven optimizations to continuously improve campaign outcomes
Secondary Responsibiltiies:
Social Media & Branding Support
- Manage and optimize social media accounts for in-house or client brands.
- Plan and schedule monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives. Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, messaging, and campaign assets.
SEO & Tracking
- Perform basic on-page SEO activities to enhance website visibility.
- Set up and manage tracking, pixels, and conversion events using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Content & Creative Support
- Support content creation including ad copies, basic creatives (Canva), and simple video edits.
- Provide creative and strategic inputs to improve campaign engagement and performance.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Experience in handling PPC campaigns, lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience in working with tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
