Responsibilities:-
- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
- Supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests.
- Deep understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Managing of rosters for shifts.
- Recruitment, training, and facilitating of team.
Pay: ₹15,320.03 - ₹37,078.96 per month
