We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of domestic and international travel operations, customer handling, itinerary planning, and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international travel bookings
- Design customized holiday and business travel itineraries
- Manage flight, hotel, visa, insurance, and transport arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer support before and after travel
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships
- Resolve customer queries and travel-related issues efficiently
- Stay updated with travel trends, fare rules, and destination knowledge
Required Skills
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred)
- Experience in holiday packages and corporate travel
- Visa processing knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer relationship management
Eligibility
✔ Minimum 3 years experience in travel consultancy
✔ Graduation preferred
✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
