We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support senior management in handling office operations, documentation, and financial coordination. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the finance and banking sector, especially in loan processing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all office documentation and records
- Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist senior management in business operations and decision support
- Coordinate with Client for loan-related work
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and data records
- Draft professional documents, letters, and proposals
- Support in loan processing including follow-ups and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office workflow
Financial & Banking Expertise Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in finance-related work
- Strong knowledge of banking sector processes and coordination
- Experience in handling loan documentation and processing
- Familiarity with NBH subsidy/loan procedures
- Ability to prepare and understand:
- DPR
- CMA Data
- Loan proposals and financial data sheets
- Knowledge of drafting financial documents and reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
