Role Purpose
To drive NK Tools, Coimbatore branch operations. This includes documentation, implementation support, and certification assistance. The role focuses on, building trust with local businesses, and building long term employment with us (N. K. TOOLS PRIVATE LIMITED, Coimbatore).
Job description / Key Responsibilities:
ü Handle day-to-day industry Operation activities
ü Handle day-to-day industry Documentation activities
ü Prepare and maintain cash book, ledger, bank reconciliation, and inventory records
ü Ensure timely statutory compliances
ü Maintain records for vendor payments, client invoicing, and petty cash
ü Prepare and share MIS reports as required by management
ü Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for internal audits or compliance
ü Maintain supporting documentation and ensure proper filing and data backup
ü Should be able to train other employees
ü Cross Function: Handle Industry Administration work
Required Skills:
- Good organisational skills, verbal & written communication, rapport-building
- Proven ability in field-based environment
- Self-motivated, resilient, and disciplined with a hands-on approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records
Remuneration:
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Commensurate with Experience & Interview Performance).
- ESI (Employees' State Insurance) after successful completion of Probation period of 02 months.
