Job Description (JD)
We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of accounting experience, basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, inventory management, and working knowledge of Odoo ERP. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting inventory activities, and ensuring timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Job Specification (JS)
- Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory); M.Com will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Accounting; Manufacturing, Retail, or Trading industry experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of Odoo ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, accounting principles, and inventory management.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, attention to detail, analytical ability, time management, and willingness to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Odoo ERP.
- Enter purchase bills, sales invoices, receipts, payment entries, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
- Assist in Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and support account reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Update inventory transactions, including stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in Odoo ERP.
- Coordinate with the Store and Purchase teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Support monthly closing activities and audit documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
