We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 1–2 years of experience, preferably within the telecom sector, to manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory tracking for network and infrastructure materials. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling procurement cycles in a fast-paced, vendor-heavy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to delivery• Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for telecom equipment, network materials, and services• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites/warehouses• Maintain vendor master records and procurement documentation• Coordinate with site/project teams to align procurement with project timelines• Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests proactively• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines• Handle vendor invoice reconciliation and coordinate with finance for payment processing• Prepare procurement reports (spend analysis, vendor performance, delivery timelines)
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or related sectors• Working knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems for purchase order processing (SAP MM knowledge a plus)• Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills• Good Excel skills for tracking and reporting• Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously• Good communication and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with telecom network equipment or infrastructure procurement• Exposure to SAP MM or similar procurement modules• Understanding of import/logistics coordination for equipment sourcing
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Pay: ₹10,090.79 - ₹32,474.48 per month
