Job Title: Salon ManagerJob Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salon Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our team. In this role, your main responsibilities will include managing staff (hair stylists, therapists, receptionists), ensuring excellent customer service, and driving the salon's sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage customer bookings, appointments, and walk-ins effectively.
- Handle staff scheduling, shifts, and leaves.
- Motivate, supervise, and train staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Manage salon inventory, keep track of product stock, and place orders when needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the salon.
- Plan and execute salon promotions, offers, and marketing ideas to increase sales.
- Professionally handle customer complaints, feedback, and queries.
Requirements / Skills:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or a similar role in the salon/hospitality industry.
- Education: Minimum High School Graduate / Bachelor's Degree (Certification in Salon/Beauty Management is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (Fluent in Hindi and basic conversational English) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with salon management/billing software (POS).
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
