Role & responsibilities
- Ensure that all store and counter setup is carried out as per standards.
- Conduct daily briefings.
- Responsible for cash management.
- Schedule maintenance and upkeep of equipment, furniture, fixtures and fitting
- Ensure maintenance of all records such as Managers logbook, Attendance Register, daily cleaning schedule and requisition.
- Ensure staff discipline and grooming.
- Organize inventory / stock taking in prescribed manner and forward it to the Manager.
- Handle all guest complaints particularly & escalate the same to the upper management.
- Recommend all leaves for the staff under his control.
- Ensure daily cleanliness and upkeep of the Outlet.
- Make sure all the delivery orders are dispatched & delivered on time.
- Make sure team members are given proper on the job training.
- Motivate & push his team to achieve shift objectives & sales targets.
- Recommend disciplinary action to the Manager.
Qualification & Experience
- Must be 12th pass, graduate is preferred.
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in a similar industry is preferred.
- Should be open to working in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
