Role: Business Analyst Digital Banking
Experience required: 5 to 20 years
Location:- Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai/ NCR
Required Technical Skillset:-:-
Strong functional background and understanding of Core Banking and Digital Banking in particular. This is in the banking space with areas like internet banking and mobile banking .
Experience on a Core Banking system and specifically with Digital Channels is a key skill needed
Experience in Mobile Banking design and development will be an added advantage
Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers ( Bank staff / teams)
Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents
Experience of working in a Core Banking related company and in Digital Banking product , channel– either a product developer (Temenos , Finacle , FIS ,i-Exceed , Oracle FlexCube/OFSS , Finastra, Intellect Design Arena ) or Core Banking system integrator (HCL , WIPRO , Deloitte , Accenture , .. ) or in a Bank in Customer Channel (Internet Banking and Digital Banking )
A good level of understanding of non functional requirements for Digital Banking like Security , Authentication , functional Integration into Wallets / Fintechs

Good analytical abilities
Good Communication skills
Proficiency in using Tools like Figma , MS excel, PowerPoint, word, JIRA , MS Teams etc.
