At Dynovo, we design and deliver Machinery, Complete Plants and Automation Solutions for a Wide Range of Industries. We are seeking an HR and Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews. Support onboarding & orientation of new hires. Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal data). Coordinate company events, celebrations, and outings. Provide general admin support to various departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 year of experience in HR/Admin
- Good communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with the ability to work independently
