The Profile
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the organisation.
- Setting up Email accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Researching and Testing new softwares and suggesting the same to the manager.
- Possibly training staff members on basic technology.
- Ensure timely physical verification of IT Assets.
- The candidate should be a graduate in BSc-IT/ BTech/ BCA or have a diploma in IT.
