Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Executive (Hotel) to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist hotel guests.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answer calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain guest records and process payments.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel booking software.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
