Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our exhibition projects. This is a critical hybrid role where you will bridge the gap between initial lead generation and final on-site execution, ensuring our clients receive a "hassle-free" service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and collect potential client data from various online platforms (LinkedIn, Industry Directories, etc.) and initiate contact via professional emails.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up on leads, qualify requirements, and work toward closing orders to meet business growth targets.
- Internal Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between the client and our internal Design and Production teams to ensure the client’s vision is accurately translated into reality.
- Project Documentation: Manage project-related paperwork, including proposals, quotes, and approvals.
- Execution Oversight: Track production progress and coordinate logistics to ensure the final exhibition stand is executed and handed over to the client on time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or project support (Exhibition or Interior Design industry experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional emailing and client interaction.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting strict project deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and comfortable using online research tools.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing, or Design preferred).
