Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer with experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong customer handling skills, excellent email communication, and the ability to convert inquiries into orders through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize order conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare professional emails, proposals, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Company preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and customer handling abilities.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with Mechanical or Electrical background will be preferred.
