Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing of robotics components.
- Read and interpret CAD models, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
- Create/modify CAD designs and generate G-code/toolpaths for CNC machining.
- Set up machines, select tools, load materials, and execute machining operations.
- Perform dimensional and quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot basic machining issues and optimize cutting parameters where required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, safety, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with the robotics/mechanical team to meet production timelines.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in CNC Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of CNC operating/programming experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ability to generate G-code preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Knowledge of CNC milling/turning, tooling, feeds & speeds, and machining practices preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
