About the Role
SV Tek Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as OPT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in the US IT Staffing and Recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for various IT opportunities.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify qualified candidates.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based recruiting tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
