- Venue: P6 Level, Out side Coco Cart Café (T2)
Position: Chef de Partie – Garde Manager (Cold Kitchen / Continental / Salad Section)
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in hotel, airline catering, or lounge operations
- Specialized experience in Asian Cuisine
- Good knowledge of international buffet standards
- Familiar with food safety & hygiene practices (HACCP)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Good teamwork and time management skills
Pay: Up to ₹38,152.71 per month
