Sales Conversion & Revenue Achievement :
- Manage qualified IFM leads from proposal stage to final closure.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and design integrated service solutions (soft, technical, and support services).
- Develop and present tailored commercial and technical proposals aligned with client needs.
- Drive sales conversions to achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.
- Track and report sales pipeline progress, conversion ratios, and win-loss performance.
Commercial Proposal & Costing Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals, BOQ costings, and budgetary quotations for IFM opportunities.
- Ensure costing accuracy including manpower wages, statutory compliances, consumables, tools, equipment, and service charges.
- Work with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to validate assumptions and ensure bid governance.
Maintain profitability and compliance with company pricing guidelines and business targets.
Site Surveys & Solution Inputs
• Participate in site surveys to assess operational scope, workforce deployment, machinery requirements, and site-specific conditions affecting pricing. • Gather on-site data to refine costing and ensure operational feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Provide solution design inputs to align proposals with client requirements and service efficiency.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement, service reviews, and issue resolution.
- Identify cross-selling and upscaling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Coordinate closely with operations and transition teams to ensure smooth handover and sustained service excellence.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Inputs
- Monitor competition, pricing trends, and statutory wage changes impacting costing and business margins.
- Share regular market insights and region-specific business trends with leadership.
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for assigned territories.
- Represent CLR at client meetings and industry forums to enhance market visibility.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with business development, operations, and finance teams for seamless proposal preparation and closure.
- Support and mentor regional sales teams to strengthen their conversion capabilities.
- Promote collaboration, process discipline, and continuous improvement within the sales function.
