Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our client's automobile dealership. This is a back-office role focused on handling customer interactions over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers for service reminders, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
* Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and dealership support.
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments as required.
* Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls after vehicle purchase or service visits.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with call outcomes and customer feedback.
* Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely customer support and issue resolution.
* Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
* Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely closure.
* Achieve daily call targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Prepare basic call reports and update management on customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, call center, CRM, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
* Experience working with CRM software is an added advantage.
Required Skills
*Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage.**
