About the Role
We are looking for a Zoho Inventory Operator to manage day-to-day inventory activities in Zoho Inventory for our automobile store.
The role is focused specifically on maintaining and updating Zoho Inventory accurately. The candidate should be comfortable working with product entries, stock records, purchase and sales transactions, and inventory reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory transactions in Zoho Inventory.
- Create and update item/product entries and SKUs.
- Enter purchase orders, purchase receipts, sales orders and invoices.
- Update stock quantities accurately.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Perform regular physical stock vs. Zoho stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate product details, quantities, prices and item codes.
- Generate inventory and stock reports whenever required.
- Ensure all entries are updated accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the store team whenever clarification is required regarding stock or transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience with Zoho Inventory is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock entries.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large numbers of product/SKU entries.
- Experience in an automobile or auto-parts store will be an added advantage.
Key Requirement
The primary responsibility is to operate and maintain Zoho Inventory. The candidate will not be responsible for sales, procurement, marketing or other business development activities.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Graduation in any background
