We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will contact potential and existing customers by phone, provide information about our products and services, answer questions, and assist customers in selecting solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and enjoys building positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Follow company policies and communication standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
