Job Title: Hotel Back Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth backend operations and assist various departments in maintaining accurate records and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and back-office operations
- Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and guest data
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and accounts teams
- Update data in PMS and internal systems
- Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and operations
- Manage emails, documentation, and filing systems
- Assist in vendor coordination and procurement processes
- Ensure accuracy of data and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in back office or administrative role (hotel industry preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Commerce, or related field
- Experience with hotel management software (PMS)
