Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality designs for digital platforms and marketing campaigns
- Design engaging social media creatives, ad creatives, banners, and branding materials
- Work on reels, short videos, and visual content for digital marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Ensure timely delivery and manage multiple design projects efficiently
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong creative thinking and a good sense of design, layout, and typography
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current design trends
- Ability to understand briefs and deliver independently
- Good command of written and reading English
- Basic knowledge of AI tools is preferred
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week
- Weekly off on Sundays and 3rd Saturday
Salary:
₹15,000 to 20,000 per month (based on skills and performance) + Monthly Performance Bonus
