About the Role
Chanakya Business School is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CMA USA Faculty to train and mentor students pursuing the CMA USA (Certified Management Accountant – USA) qualification.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in CMA USA and excellent English communication skills, as the role involves delivering classes, explaining complex concepts, conducting discussions, and interacting with students in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured classes for CMA USA students.
- Teach CMA USA subjects as per the prescribed curriculum and examination requirements.
- Explain complex accounting, finance, costing, and management concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests, mock examinations, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Track student academic performance and provide appropriate feedback and support.
- Motivate students and help them prepare effectively for the CMA USA examination.
- Use practical examples, case studies, and industry-relevant applications during teaching.
- Maintain accurate academic records and complete assigned academic responsibilities on time.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student progress and course delivery.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, orientation sessions, and other academic activities when required.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of CMA USA syllabus and examination pattern.
- Ability to teach and explain concepts confidently in English.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with students and academic teams.
- Good command of accounting, finance, costing, and management concepts.
Educational Qualification
- CMA USA qualification is preferred.
- Candidates with CA, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or other relevant finance/accounting qualifications may also be considered based on their CMA USA teaching expertise.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in teaching CMA USA or related professional accounting/finance courses is preferred.
- Candidates with strong CMA USA subject knowledge and excellent teaching ability may also be considered.

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking professional who can make CMA USA concepts easy to understand and create an engaging learning environment for students.
Fluent English communication is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Salary: As per experience and qualification
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹12,446.36 - ₹55,070.34 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mankavu, Calicut, Kerala
