We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented, and experienced HR Professional to join our growing team at Credlawn. In this role, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our company culture and supporting our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Recruitment): Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and manage smooth exit processes when necessary.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and highly motivated work environment through team-building activities, feedback loops, and open communication.
Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance review cycle, assist in setting KPIs, and facilitate constructive feedback sessions.
Policy Formulation: Develop, update, and implement company policies, employee handbooks, and codes of conduct in alignment with business goals.
Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate payroll processing, track attendance/leaves, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Grievance Redressal: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: MBA, PGDM, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tools: Proficiency in HRMS/ATS software, major job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), and MS Office (Excel, Word).
