About the Role
Lumirise Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, internal controls, and supporting the management in making sound financial decisions.
The candidate must be willing to relocate to Lakshmi Polavaram Village, Ravulapalem Mandal, Konaseema District.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts department.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and business forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management systems.
- Oversee cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director and senior management.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and financial reports.
- Support business expansion, investment planning, and financial decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Expert Level), including financial modeling, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Strong experience in financial management, taxation, auditing, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and financial reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent analytical and financial planning skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
