Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Amritsar / Ahmedabad / Patiala
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment processes and support bulk hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle bulk hiring for multiple roles
- Post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely closure of positions
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
