Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive Research Associate to work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic and social impact initiatives in the US while supporting the Research Team with research and analysis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who possess excellent communication skills, a strong research mindset, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online, market, industry, and competitor research using credible sources.
- Research US-based temples, non-profit organizations, community groups, cultural institutions, and other social welfare initiatives to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Gather and analyze information on charitable programs, religious organizations, fundraising initiatives, and community events across the US.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, executive summaries, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Research Team on ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Stay updated on trends related to philanthropy, CSR, community engagement, and social initiatives in the US.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct structured online research and present findings effectively.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office during US business hours.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
