Associate Manager Operations & Maintenance (Electrical) will be responsible for site operations, maintenance, safety & reliability of plant and customer communication in terms of continuous product supplies.

Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for operating the facility efficiently in line with statutory and SHEQ requirements
Further, you will achieve zero breakdowns, maximize efficiency of equipment's through condition monitoring and co-ordinate with RE team for equipment heath monitoring & reliability improvement
Additionally, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, specific assigned PM/ACMS tasks execution, initiating Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) and reviewing electrical area
Coordinating with electricity board, power management team and substation for reliable power source is a part of your responsibility
Furthermore, you will be responsible to achieve safety and the quality standards of the company through training, conducting audits and closing out on the assigned actions arising out of the audits
Likewise, you will be responsible for electrical technician training & development and electrical safety training to site team
Moreover, you are in charge for report preparation and submission as per schedule such as maintenance report,
KPI preparation, inventory & SAP data reconciliation etc
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a degree/diploma in electrical engineering with four to eight (4-8) years of experience in process industry
License requirement from KPTCL
You have knowledge in process operations
