We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new potential clients, business opportunities, and target markets.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Sales Pitching: Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and deliver persuasive presentations on our products/services.
- Market Research: Understand customer needs and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare sales contracts and ensure they adhere to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, collaborating closely with marketing and product teams.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Account Executive, or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and marketplace stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and deliver engaging presentations.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
