Management Trainee
Job Description
The Management Trainee will support Indirect Procurement through savings tracking, procurement KPI cockpit, digital catalogs and PPaCt management, driving continuous improvement and governance.
KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
PPV Idea Generation & Savings tracking:
- Assist Global Sourcing Lead in conducting savings ideation drives across India, NA & UK sites
- Track and validate PPV savings
- Align with finance reporting
Procurement Cockpit
- Build Procurement Cockpit to monitor one-stop KPI dashboard for Procurement team
- Track compliance and performance and report for monthly and quarterly functional reviews
Digital Catalogs & PPaCt
- Identify vendors and products fit for catalog onboarding on PPaCt
Drive catalog development, support onboarding and adoption
Analytics
- Identify savings & process improvement opportunities through Spend Analytics on a regular basis
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Technical Skills: Advanced excel proficiency, SAP, Data analysis, smart sheet. SAP S4 Hana , Python and planning tool
Domain knowledge: Conceptual supply chain understanding, inventory management ,production planning
Soft skills: Analytical thinking, communication skills, collaboration, detail oriented, ownership, adaptability
