Job Summary
Sai Spacecon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer – Civil to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in contractor billing, project estimation, rate analysis, and rate negotiation for residential and commercial construction projects, Building also . The candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying bills, monitoring project costs, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process contractor bills.
- Perform quantity estimation and prepare BOQs.
- Conduct rate analysis and support rate negotiations with contractors and vendors.
- Prepare project cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
- Verify work measurements and ensure billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Maintain billing records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
- Support project cost control and financial planning.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in contractor billing and project estimation.
- Strong knowledge of rate analysis, rate negotiation, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation.
- Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
