Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Monitor and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform network installations, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
- Configure and support routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and static routing.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, NAT, and QoS.
- Work with ISPs and third-party vendors for circuit provisioning and issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration backups.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities and change management processes.
- Ensure network security best practices are implemented and maintained.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching.

- OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
- VPN, NAT, ACL
- DHCP, DNS
- Wireless Networking
- Network Monitoring Tools
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mandatory Qualification
- CCNP Certification (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
Added Advantage
- Hands-on experience with Firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or Sophos.
- Experience with Cisco Collaboration solutions (CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex Calling, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing).
- Knowledge of SD-WAN and Network Automation.
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work from the Kurla, Mumbai office.
Pay: ₹9,671.41 - ₹60,000.00 per month
