Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with clients for payments and renewals.
