Job Description – SAP Basis Consultant (SAP CPQ & Cloud Environment)
- Overall Experience: 5–7 Years
Must Have Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP and Java stack administration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Web Dispatcher.
- Expertise in troubleshooting SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and SAP Hybris environments.
- Experience in ABAP and Java stack patching, kernel upgrades, and system upgrades.
- Strong SAP HANA database administration skills.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments (experience with both is preferred).
- Strong experience in:
- SAP System Copy (Homogeneous and Heterogeneous)
- Support Package and Enhancement Package implementation
- SWPM installations and migrations
- SAP S/4HANA upgrades and migrations
- Cloud migration projects (e.g., AWS to Azure or Azure to AWS)
- Experience with SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management) configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding and implementation experience of SAP Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in SAP CPQ environments and integrations.
- Experience in DB2 Database Administration.
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager administration.
- Exposure to SAP Hybris administration.
- Experience working in multi-cloud SAP environments.
- Knowledge of SAP security, system performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Automation or scripting experience (Shell, PowerShell, Python, etc.) for SAP administration.
