About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven US Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end US staffing and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling US IT/Non-IT recruitment, team management, client coordination, and achieving hiring targets within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of US recruiters and senior recruiters.
- Handle full-cycle US recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work closely with clients and account managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies for W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, closures, and submission ratios.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for recruiters.
- Manage vendor relationships and recruitment databases/ATS systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling or managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling direct clients/MSP/VMS requirements.
- Proven track record of team performance and successful closures.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience in IT staffing is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
