Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharma sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Pharma Sales / Business Development
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
