The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that support the organisation’s business objectives. The role focuses on organisation development, talent management, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, HR digitisation and HR analytics while partnering with business leaders to build a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Organisation Development & Talent Management
- Develop and implement talent management and retention initiatives.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Review and update HR policies to attract and retain talent.
Performance Management
- Implement and strengthen the KRA/KPI and goal-setting framework.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews with business leaders.
- Drive Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and continuous feedback.
Learning & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI).
- Prepare and execute the annual training calendar.
- Measure and improve training effectiveness.
Succession Planning
- Develop succession plans for critical positions.
- Build leadership pipelines and second-line managers.
HR Technology & Analytics
- Lead HRMS implementation and optimisation.
- Drive HR process automation and adoption of AI tools.
- Develop HR dashboards covering headcount, employee cost, attrition, recruitment and training.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
