Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of baby products, electronics & appliances, and packaging materials. The role requires vendor coordination, cost negotiation, quality assurance, and inventory planning to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure baby products, electronics/appliances, and packaging materials as per business requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and manufacturers
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely dispatch
- Coordinate with quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams
- Ensure products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Track inventory levels and plan replenishment to avoid stock-outs
- Maintain vendor records, pricing sheets, and procurement documentation
- Monitor market trends and suggest cost-saving opportunities

- Packaging materials (boxes, corrugated sheets, labels, inserts, polybags, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of packaging specifications and materials
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
- Good communication and coordination abilities
