About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Accounting
* Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Compliance
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
* Assist with tax reporting and support audit activities.
Financial Operations
* Manage cash flow and vendor payments.
* Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.
Internal Audit
* Conduct internal audits of financial processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
