Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement activities, preferably in the Telecom, ISP, IT, or Networking industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
- Create and process Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and user departments regarding procurement requirements.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and vendor details.
- Track pending orders and update stakeholders on delivery status.
- Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation requirements.
- Support inventory replenishment and emergency procurement activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on multiple orders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Materials Management will be preferred.
Preferred Industry : Telecom, ISP, Networking, IT Infrastructure, Electronics, or related industries.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
