Job Title - Trademark Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Trademark Associate to manage trademark filing, monitoring, and brand protection activities. The candidate will assist clients with trademark registration processes, conduct trademark searches, handle documentation, and coordinate with legal authorities to ensure smooth trademark compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark availability searches and prepare search reports
- Draft and file trademark applications, objections, replies, and renewals
- Monitor trademark status and maintain trademark portfolios
- Coordinate with clients regarding trademark documentation and updates
- Handle opposition, hearing, and prosecution-related work
- Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and databases of trademarks
- Liaise with attorneys, government departments, and regulatory authorities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of trademark laws and intellectual property rights
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and online trademark filing systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in trademark/IPR work
- Familiarity with Indian Trademark Registry procedures
- LLB or certification in Intellectual Property Rights is a plus
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Trademark/IPR domain
Salary:
500000 - 900000 Per Annum
