Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction across multiple engagements.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to optimize delivery outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FI S/4HANA modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
