Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in handling 80% Non-IT and 20% IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, sourcing profiles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Non-IT and IT recruitment requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
- Conduct screening and interview coordination
- Follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database
- Achieve assigned hiring targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sourcing skills
- Experience in bulk and lateral hiring preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
