At Startup Stairs Business School, we are building a future-ready learning ecosystem that bridges industry expertise with practical education. We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our team and be the first point of contact for learners at our reception desk.
If you have hands-on academic counselling experience, strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoy guiding students toward the right learning path, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle front-desk academic counselling and walk-in enquiries.
· Guide prospective learners on programme details, eligibility and admission process.
· Convert enquiries into enrollments through structured counselling.
· Maintain enquiry records and follow up with prospective learners.
· Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth onboarding.
Eligibility:
· Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor (mandatory).
· Strong understanding of academic counselling processes and enrollment cycles.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
· Presentable, well-organized, and comfortable managing front-desk responsibilities.
· Prior experience in an educational institute, coaching centre, or edtech company preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
