Looking for a Customer Care Executive with Hindi communication skills and basic system handling knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and provide support
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams
- Handle billing, reports, and system work
Requirements
- Hindi communication mandatory
- Basic computer and system knowledge required
- Good communication skills
- Customer handling experience preferred
Pay: ₹9,754.85 - ₹20,000.00 per month
