Key Account Executive – Khetika

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to strengthen our sales team and drive growth across leading online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with key E-commerce and Qcommerce platforms.
- Ensure smooth execution of deliveries while maintaining 100% fill rates.
- Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) for timely order fulfilment and accurate inventory management.
- Address issues related to stockouts, cancellations, pricing discrepancies, and order delays in coordination with platform teams.
- Take complete ownership of Purchase Orders (POs), fill rate tracking, and other operational metrics.
- Ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries across all platforms.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in handling E-commerce / Q-commerce sales within the FMCG sector.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, BigBasket, Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
- Strong understanding of online sales operations, and analytics.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and platform dashboards/portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and detail-oriented environment.
