Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Handle recruitment and placement activities
Build relationships with job seekers and hiring companies
Achieve monthly placement targets
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
