Key Responsibilities
Institutional Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and technical institutes to facilitate training programs and placement drives.
Strategic Growth: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the academy’s footprint in the IT training sector.
Lead Generation: Drive enrollment and corporate training inquiries through consistent networking and outreach.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the academy and educational heads, ensuring smooth execution of MoUs and collaborative projects.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest IT trends and curriculum requirements to align our offerings with industry standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field (strongly preferred).
Experience: Proven track record of performance in business development, ideally within the education or IT training industry.
IT Knowledge: A solid understanding of the current IT landscape (e.g., Software Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing) to effectively communicate value propositions.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Drive: A self-starter attitude with the ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
